Our application process is designed to be straightforward and effortless to navigate. Start by clicking on one of the application links on this page. Ensure you have a photo ID (driver license, state ID, or passport) as it is needed for submission at the end of the application. Once you submit your application, please have your official transcripts sent to Justice College.

Registrars Office:

The Registrar’s Office at Justice College is dedicated to supporting students, faculty, and staff by managing academic records, course registration, and providing essential services related to student enrollment.

Key Services:

  • Course Registration: The Registrar’s Office assists students with course selection and registration each semester, ensuring that students meet prerequisites and stay on track for graduation.

  • Transcripts and Records: We maintain and safeguard official student records. Students and alumni may request official transcripts through the Registrar’s Office. To receive or have official transcripts sent, please email admissions@justicecollege.org.

  • Degree Audits and Graduation: The office performs degree audits to ensure that students have completed all necessary requirements for graduation. We also manage the application process for graduation and prepare diplomas.

  • Transfer Credit Evaluations: The Registrar’s Office reviews and processes transfer credits for students coming from other institutions, ensuring a smooth transition to Justice College.

Admissions Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Applicants must have completed high school or hold an equivalent diploma (GED).

  • Minimum GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required for admission.

  • Standardized Test Scores: Justice College does not require applicants to submit standardized test scores (e.g., SAT or ACT) as part of the admissions process.

  • International Students: International applicants may be asked to submit proof of English proficiency through the Duolingo English Test. Other forms of English proficiency tests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Application Fee: There is no application fee for domestic students. However, international students are required to pay an application fee.

  • How long does it take to receive an admissions decision?
    After the application is completed in full and all official transcripts have been submitted, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive an admissions decision from Justice College.
  • Can I apply if I haven't graduated from high school yet?
    Yes, high school seniors can apply before graduation. Admission acceptance will be contingent upon successful completion of high school and submission of a final transcript.
  • What if my GPA does not meet the minimum requirement?
    If your GPA is below the minimum 2.5 requirement, you may still be considered for admission based on other factors, such as personal essays, letters of recommendation, or extracurricular involvement. Please contact the Admissions Office for more details.
  • How do I apply as a transfer student?
    Transfer students should complete the "Transfer Students" application and submit official transcripts from any previously attended colleges or universities. Transfer credits will be evaluated based on course equivalency.
  • How do I check the status of my application?
    Students will receive application updates via email. Alternatively, they may reach out to the Admissions Office for further information.
  • Are there scholarships available?
    Yes, Justice College offers a variety of scholarships based on merit, need, and other criteria. Please visit our Scholarships page or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
  • How do I apply for financial aid?
    To apply for financial aid, students should complete the FAFSA using Justice College’s FAFSA code (043112). For additional details about FAFSA, please visit the Financial Aid page on the Justice College website.
